ward 22 in the house!

what with all the confusion about neighborhoods these days, i'm recommending we go back to the old-style ward divisions. meaning, slopers, you are now part of the 22nd ward. prospect expressway divides us from the 8th ward. court street divides wards 6 and 10. there are lots of old raggedy maps about it here. oh, what the hell, i'll give you the index. i'm just that nice.
